Refunds and Cancellation Policy for Online Appointments

At UTAGE Child Development Centre, we strive to provide the best possible services and experiences for our clients. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or reschedule your online appointment. Please carefully review our Refunds and Cancellation Policy outlined below.

1. Appointment Cancellation
a. If you need to cancel your online appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be in need of our services.
b. To cancel your appointment, please contact us by phone or email, providing your name, appointment details, and reason for cancellation.

2. Refunds
a. Refunds will be provided according to the following guidelines:
- If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances from our end that prevent the completion of the online appointment, a full refund will be provided.
b. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment and processed within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Rescheduling
a. If you wish to reschedule your online appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to make the necessary arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on the availability of our therapists.
4. Missed Appointments
a. If you fail to attend your scheduled online appointment without prior notice or cancelation, it will be considered a missed appointment.
b. Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances that prevent you from providing advance notice. Such circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Exceptions
a. In certain circumstances, such as emergencies or unavoidable situations, we understand that cancelation within the 24-hour window may be necessary. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will assess the possibility of accommodating your request.
6. Changes to Appointments by UTAGE Child Development Centre
a. In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and offer alternative options. If a mutually suitable alternative cannot be found, a full refund will be issued.
Please note that the Refunds and Cancellation Policy stated above applies specifically to online appointments. For in-person appointments or any other services, different policies may apply, and we will provide the relevant information accordingly.
